Griffiths
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Griffiths serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer overseeing Asset Management and financial matters for Maguire Properties. Prior to joining the company, he was a partner at Deloitte Tax, LLP where he ran the real estate tax group for the Pacific Southwest. Mr. Griffiths was a partner in the real estate tax practice at Arthur Andersen from 1985–2002. He has worked closely with the Maguire organization for over 20 years and has represented numerous public and private companies in his career including Douglas Emmett Realty, Thomas Properties Group, Pacific Coast Capital Partners and Macerich Company. As an expert tax and financial professional, Mr. Griffiths is skilled in conceptualizing and structuring real estate transactions. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University.   |
