Christopher C. Rising
Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives Mr. Rising serves as our Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, joining Maguire Properties in May 2008. Mr. Rising was the Managing Principal of Rising Realty Partners, LLC. Prior to Rising Realty Partners, Mr. Rising founded The Rising Real Estate Group, a privately held real estate investment and brokerage company based in Los Angeles, California, and before that was a Director with Cushman & Wakefield of California, Inc. Mr. Rising began his professional career as an associate with Pillsbury Madison & Sutro, where he practiced real estate law representing tenants in their lease negotiations. Mr. Rising received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University with a dual major in history and political science. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California.  |
