Javier Bitar

Senior Vice President, Finance, Senior Investment Officer

Mr. Bitar serves as Senior Vice President of Investments. He is responsible for all financial and accounting matters related to the company’s property portfolio. Mr. Bitar joined Maguire in 1987 as a Financial Analyst and held several finance positions before being admitted as a partner in 1999. Before joining Maguire Partners, Mr. Bitar was an Audit Senior with Arthur Andersen’s Real Estate Services Group. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University in Los Angeles.
