Description

The Glendale North Campus is comprised of two 8-story sister buildings and one 13-story building with a shared above ground parking garage. The 8-story buildings, constructed in 1979, each offer over 131,000 net rentable square feet while the 13-story building offers 284,889 net rentable square feet. The office park is located in the Glendale Central Business District just 9 miles north of Downtown Los Angeles. Glendale is the geographic center of the Tri-Cities Area (comprised of Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena) and offers a business friendly environment and lower occupancy costs versus the competing LA County submarkets.

700 North Central and 701 North Brand Ave

Built in 1979 the sister buildings offer tenants approximately 131,129 and 134,168 net rentable sf respectively. These buildings were designed by Neptune and Thomas Associates and showcase innovative building management systems, flexible floor plates that would fit a variety of business needs. 801 North Brand

This 13-story premier office building offers tenants 284,889 net rentable sf.
