The Wells Fargo and KPMG Towers combine to make up the Wells Fargo Center. Both buildings, located at the highest point on Bunker Hill, are premier locations for almost any business. Combined, nearly 2.5 million rentable square feet of office space is available for tenants. Conveniently located near major freeways and in close proximity to public transportation, tenants and visitors enjoy easy commutes to this downtown location. The grounds are within walking distance to the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Colburn School and Music Center. Visitors and tenants of the towers can take advantage of the on-site food court which houses such restaurants as Nick and Stef’s and Taipan, or within walking distance McCormick & Schmick’s and Café Pinot. The Wells Fargo Center is in the heart of many activities, as Farmers Markets and various outdoor events often take place on the streets surrounding the towers. The KPMG Tower stands 45 stories. Both buildings are unique trapezoidal shapes, clad in rare granite with office, retail and storage spaces. The buildings have received numerous awards including The Prestigious Buildings Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Office Building of the Year for 1986-1987 and again in 2003-2004. A three story glass enclosed atrium links the two buildings. This atrium is the centerpiece of the grounds as it showcases one of the most significant sculpture collections in Southern California as well as housing an extensive array of restaurants and specialty shops. 213 626 3300
