The Glendale North Campus is comprised of two 8-story sister buildings, a new 8-story building under construction, and one 13-story building with a shared above ground parking garage. The 8-story buildings, constructed in 1979, each offer over 131,000 net rentable square feet while the 13-story building offers 284,889 net rentable square feet. The office park is located in the Glendale Central Business District just 9 miles north of Downtown Los Angeles. Glendale is the geographic center of the Tri-Cities Area (comprised of Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena) and offers a business friendly environment and lower occupancy costs versus the competing LA County submarkets. The campus includes a lush 20,000 sf plaza adorned with waterscapes, walkways and mature landscaping where tenants can enjoy the tranquility of the Southern California outdoors.
